Carbon
Much like fibre rigging, carbon rigging significantly reduces the weight of the sailboat, therefore increasing her sailing performance. Preimpregnated carbon fibers are continuously wound around the end fittings. Carbon rigging is also much less sensitive to weather and abrasions. Due to the specific characteristics of the material, it is possible to produce cables of continuous length without the use of joints. It is mostly used for racing boats and super yachts.

As a service center, we follow BSI’s recommendations and guidelines. We are fully backed by the factory and we only use BSI supplied, or approved, materials when doing the refits for new or previously supplied BSI projects. This ensures complete visibility and history of all materials installed in the rigging package.
