Composition:
- Cover – 16-plait continuous polyester braid.
- Intermediate cover – 16-plait continuous polyester braid.
- Core – 16-plait Pentex® braid.
Characteristics
With its double cover and low stretch polyester core (7% stretch at break), this rope is ideal for all anti-twist cable needs.
Anti twist
Composition:
- Cover – 16-plait polyester braid.
- Intermediate cover – 16-plait polyester braid.
- Core – Parallel aramid.
Characteristics
Extremely rigid. Low stretch (4,5%). Very high abrasion resistance. Ideal replacement for steel gennaker furling cables. Also available in Vectran® or PBO® core. Available only in white.
Hard braid
Composition:
- Cover - 16-plait continuous polyester braid.
- Core - Continuous parallel polyester
Characteristics
Lower braid angle helps maintain stiffness and consistent diameter. Available in white only.
Furling
Composition:
- Cover – 16-plait mixed continuous Technora®/polyester braid.
- Core – 16-plait continuous polyester braid.
Characteristics
For all furlers and in-boom furlers. With its equal-sized core and cover, the furling line can be easily spliced.
Polyester boltrope
Composition:
- 3-strand polyester.
Characteristics
Specially designed to be machine sewable. Heat stabilised to avoid shrinkage. More flexible version for hand stitching available on demand. Available in white only.
Shock cord
Available diameters:
4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm
Ouranos
Composition:
- Cover – 16-plait continuous polyester braid.
- Core – 16-plait Dyneema® SK78 braid (parallel cores for diameters up to 5mm).
Characteristics
Stronger than aramid for a lower density. Low stretch. Easy to splice. Also good for industrial use.
Atlantis
Composition:
- Cover – 16 or 24-plait continuous polyester braid.
- Core – 12 or 16-plait Vectran® braid (parallel cores for diameters up to 5mm).
Characteristics
Characteristics: Low stretch at break. High heat resistance. No creep when under load. Can be spliced.
Whipping twine
Composition:
- Thin twine (0,9 mm)
- Medium twine (1,2 mm)
Splicing needles
